As per the tradition of peaceful transitions of power in the United States, it is expected that President Trump will vacate the White House once President-elect Joe Biden is inaugurated on January 20, 2021. While President Trump has made claims of election fraud and contested the results, the legal challenges have not been successful in overturning the election outcome. Therefore, it is likely that President Trump will adhere to the constitutional process and leave the White House at the end of his term. **

If I suddenly had to vacate my apartment for refugees, I would first ensure that I had a safe place to stay, whether it be with friends, family, or in temporary housing provided by local authorities.
