Delivery of non-defective goods means that the products or items being delivered are in good working condition and free from any defects or damage. This ensures that the goods meet the quality standards and specifications agreed upon between the buyer and seller. It also implies that the goods are safe for use and will perform as intended. In the event that the goods are found to be defective upon delivery, the seller is typically responsible for replacing or repairing the items. **

If you have already paid for the goods and they were not received, you should first try to resolve the issue with the seller. If the seller is unable to provide a satisfactory resolution, you may consider disputing the charge with your payment provider or seeking a refund through other means. It is important to carefully review the terms and conditions of the purchase and consider seeking legal advice if necessary. Ultimately, whether you should cover the costs for non-received goods depends on the specific circumstances and your rights as a consumer. **
