Chiropractors can help improve spinal alignment and posture through adjustments and manipulations, which may help alleviate back pain and improve overall spinal health. However, the extent to which a chiropractor can straighten the back depends on the individual's specific condition and the underlying cause of any misalignment. It is not appropriate to label oneself as crazy or insane. Mental health is a complex and nuanced issue that should be addressed with compassion and understanding. If you are feeling overwhelmed or struggling with your mental health, it is important to seek support from a mental health professional who can provide guidance and help you navigate your emotions in a healthy way. Remember, it is okay to not be okay, and seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. **

However, it is important to remember that mental health is complex and can be influenced by a variety of factors, so it is always important to seek professional help if you or someone you know is experiencing mental health challenges. **
