The E12 series of resistors is designed to have specific resistance values that are evenly spaced on a logarithmic scale. The resistances in the E12 series are 10, 12, 15, 18, 22, 27, 33, 39, 47, 56, 68, and 82 ohms. These values are chosen to provide a wide range of options for designing electronic circuits while maintaining a consistent ratio between each value. The E12 series is commonly used in electronics for its convenience and availability of values. **
